EXPLAIN THE TECH
The gasification process is the thermal decomposition of materials at elevated temperatures in an anaerobic environment. It involves a rapid change of chemical composition of materials into carbon and hydrocarbon gasses.
Comples carbon-based molecules are broken down into simple carbon structure under certain temperature and pressure. The gasification process also produces synthetic gases(CH4, H2, CO, CO2, etc.).
The excess carbon atoms, potassium and phosphorus atoms are condensed into a solid biological char.
Our "Ultra-High Temperature Steam Plasma Gasification" process is characterized by our ability to create flames over 2000°C while most other pyrolysis equipment can only produce up to 1700°C for processing wastes.
